  • I have found if you change up how you drink, straw, cups, bottles -- it makes it much better (don't know why). I also down 16 oz as I'm getting ready in the morning with my vitamins. Drink packets are great, slices of fruit are good, LaCroix flavored waters are a nice change of pace as well!! Best of luck!
