It took me 6 hrs 15 min to run my 1st marathon and I was embarrassed of how long it took me. A friend of mine said I don't know what is more impressive the fact that you ran a marathon or that you ran for 6 hrs 15 min. That really hit home for me! Slow or not you are still doing it and that is what counts :)

I have never heard of T25 until today...can someone tell me about it? Also I need some friends for support if anyone is interested!
