  • try almonds. Blue Diamond now has 100cal packs! The Dark Chocolate dusted ones are fabulous :) Another idea for added protein is adding nuts and dried fruits to oatmeal in the morning; think Starbucks oatmeal, but if you make it yourself it's cheaper. I make mine with light vanilla soy milk, mmm mmm good :)
  • I usually wear two sports bra's: one with a bra-style closure, and one that looks like a plain racer-back-style sports bra. Even though the first gives plenty of support, the 2nd helps keep the girls from moving so much. Or I just wear 1 sports bra and an exercise tank-top with one of those built-in bra's....
