I have a dear friend who refuses to work out with me because I won't do this. She uses working out as an excuse to eat unhealthy. She has a group who do water aerobics 2 times a week then go to IHOP. I just tell myself at least she is doing something good for herself since she would probably eat at IHOP anyway. Love her…

The jeans in my profile photo hung on the back of my bathroom door since I started my journey and I fit into them yesterday! I also have a little, flirty dress I used to wear often hanging there. I will be VERY happy when I get back into it!!!

It really does not have that much caffiene. About that of a cup of coffee. It DOES have lots of vitamin support. I use them when I have Tech Week for my Community Theatre shows. LONG rehearsals! Not great as a habit I guess, but either is coffee! http://www.5hourenergy.com/ingredients.asp

FUN POST!!! My wonderful sister and me. She was on her way to prom in '72. Whenever she had a special day, she always took time to take a photo with me. Leslie and Michelle, the neighborhood girls I grew up with. When I think of summers as a child, THESE are the people I remember. I am the one in the braids.

Just about the only foods I don't like are green peppers, olives and coconut. The SMELL of green peppers makes me sick to my stomach

To drink TOO much water, I believe, it would have to be gallons a day over a long period. It throws off electrolites and flushes out needed vitamins.

Maybe because some people think people of the same age range can understand the weight loss obstacles of one another. Come to think of it we all have them no matter what age. Good point!

I love lifting!! The guys at my gym are really helpful when I ask. It may be the fact that at 45 most to them are way younger and think of me as an Aunt type person. I feel so empowered when I am lifting!
