Runtastic Pro is free today!! It is an app available in ITunes that syncs with MFP. Pretty cool app that keeps track of your running, walking and other activities. Has a GPS feature too. Haven't used it yet but wanted to post the info to help people wanted to try it save 4.99!

Bar Code Scan Wrong?
The last two things I have scanned have come up with the wrong information. The only reason I noticed is that I knew the thing I had just scanned contained fiber but no fiber amount was listed on the bar code scan information. It is making me wonder how often it happens. The pants FIT!!!
I started my weight loss journey on New Year's Day. I pulled a pair of jeans of my closet that did not fit. I felt if I could fit into them I would count it as a success.
