I get that way too! If I just do a "normal" exercise routine for me, 3-5 miles walking, I will be hungry for food later no problem. You can get fiber in many ways. Fruits and vegetables, whole wheat and whole grain breads (you must read the labels, they can be really tricky), beans, and nuts. I log the Tae Bo under Karate. When I checked, it seemed to be the right amount of calories burned.

I log all the food I'm going to eat right in the morning. I make sure I'll get all my protein and fiber and don't go too far over my calories. If I want to eat more, I exercise more. I find that I eat all day long to get all my calories in. Eating all day isn't a problem as long as you eat the right foods.

I figure out what i want to eat and have to eat in the beginning of the day and make it work out so that I don't deprive myself of anything. If I know I want to eat something that is bad for my diet I work around it.
