  • You could be retaining water, watch your sodium levels. And yes, you could be gaining muscle. I did nothing but gain weight when I started MFP, but I was losing inches. Use a tape measure, it will tell you if your body is getting smaller.

  • I weigh all of my food that needs to be. It makes everything so much easier, and a lot less dirty dishes to wash! I have the Biggest Loser scale too, and I LOVE it! I don't weigh things that I know are one serving, but everything else goes on the scale!
  • I agree that you should reset your goals, it sounds like you are not eating enough calories. Then I'd make sure to be eating enough protein to build muscle, which burns fat.
