Complete 210 Squats this week. That is an average of 30 squats a day.

            I will give this one a go. My PT always makes me do a heap of squats, so I just need to do some extra ones on the other days and I should be able to make it!!0

            I am in! I am in week six of the twosquatchallenge though and I am normally doing about 250-300 three times a week. Because of this I am going to up my goal to do 1000 squats in one week. Reading that makes it seem so unreachable but I CAN DO IT!

 I didn't read through everyone's posts, so someone might have already mentioned this -- but you can squeeze in (pun intended) squats when you're drying your hair, or doing stuff in the kitchen (like waiting for water to boil!).
 Let's hit it, people!0
