    I actually tracked yesterday and was under my calories by 6!! hehe The fact that I tracked (since I somehow decided I was not going to for a month!) is a big deal haha

    This has not been a good week for cals for me--I lost my grandma on Monday and it's been emotional eating (or undereating) ever since. But I've decided to kick my butt into gear for these last few days to get back on track.
