    do we add a post each time, or just edit our original one to show our "accomplishments"?

    edit the original one.
    MFP doesn't allow you to edit a post after a certain amount of time -- I think it's like an half hour or an hour approximately.

    Sounds like a great challenge, and I'm already well on the way, especially with today's workout with my trainer (who is crazy over squats in various exercises -- lots of combo moves!

    Sorry, out this week - no squats or other exercise for me this week due to my recent knee surgery. Depending on next week's fitness challenge, I may be but no strenuous (sp?) exercising for me for at least 4 weeks...:(
