  • Drink water when you get the urge to eat. I find that helps me when I start thinking I'm hungry. It'll increase your water intake and your steps in a day (because you'll be walking to the bathroom more).

  • Well, those are the apps I use. And you probably don't need all of them, just the ones you'll use. There are probably other apps out there too that'll do the same thing, just check the Watch app store. However, these are free and associated with MFP, so those are the ones I chose.
  • We leave for Disney World in 19 days. I'm down nearly 20 pounds, and hope to get down a few more before we get there. I want the lap bar to actually fit in my lap and not on my belly. Not to mention I don't want to put my daughters' safety at risk if they're riding with me and the lap bar won't go down far enough.
