i've been stuck at a 12lb weight loss for about 3 week- i eat right, drink plenty of water and workout like crazy. My weight stays been 181 and 179lbs. its driving me crazy. I upped my food calories 2 weeks ago and still no change. I know have to be patient but its so frustrating.

Hi i'm the mother of a 17 month yrs old. i get up at 5:30 4 days a week before work and work out with my DVD player and i workout at lunch at my job. Luckily my job has a gym, but i also walk around on lunch.
