I try to eat chia seeds everyday, I throw a tbsp into spaghetti sauce, sprinkle on rice dishes, on my salad, in my yogurt, on noodles, in soups, etc! They are good, and keep you full longer. Just experiment and see how and where you like them.

I go to bed early! I'm in bed at 8:30, read to relax, lights out a 9pm, then up at 5:15 for my morning run... It was difficult at first, but I told a lot of people that I was going to do it, so I had to "walk the talk" (is that how that saying is??)... Now it is just part of my routine and makes me feel great throughout…

Just because I have seen quite a few posts around sugar and bananas... sugar is sugar. Nutrionally speaking, all sugars are pretty much the same. Your body can't tell the difference between them and white sugars and your body handles naturally occurring sugar in food or processed sugars the same way.

salsa or cottage cheese... I also like to put cooked mushrooms, green peppers & eggplant on my salads, I bake them with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and fresh chopped garlic, so then no dressing is needed. Learn to be creative with your salad toppings, try new things out and you will find something…

Also, This recipe is amazing and tastes sooo good and sweet. It's still got sugar in it, but because your cutting out the flour it kinda even's itself out- as carbs turn into sugar!! Anyways, i make it, freeze it in individual portions and have it for dessert when I need a sweet fix. Black Bean Brownies Preheat oven to…

Yes they do! The beans contain quite a bit of moisture and help with the bonding of all the ingredients.. If you feel they are too dry, once you have mixed it all up, add a bit of water, tablespoon at a time.
