What kind of soap do you use? Is there anything that should not be in the soap or should it very mild?

I think most families want their kids or siblings to eat healthy, but they have not been able to do this themselves because of lack of discipline. My 15 year old daughter has been eating way healthier then me by her own choice for the last 3 years. I knew I had bad eating habits and I did not want my daughter to follow…

I have read numerous times on the polar website that if the chlorine content is higher than normal it can cause erratic readings or the HRM is unable to detect the heart rate.

I think it has a good deal to do with what they see from us the parents. If they see us parents actively exercising, eating healthy then they will in most cases follow that example. My problem when I was growing up, there was always cookies, chips and other junk food in the house, so that it was I ate. I did not eat…

You can a very good one starrting at around $60. and they go up to about $400 depending on the features. Polar as you will hear over and over in this thread is excellent.

It would be funny at restaurants, instead of asking for ketchup, I would ask the waitress for mayo in a little cup and they would have this weird look on their face.

When I was kid my Mom made this excellent spicy chili and I would drink milk while eating it. college age: Beer instead of milk in my cocoa pebbles. Tasty, Mayo with french fries instead of ketchup. I still do it on rare occassions Also, when I need aspirin, I will chew bayer aspirin on purpose, I just love the taste.

The Polar FT40 or FT60, they offer a little more than the F4 or F7, you can't go wrong either way.

When I cheat it's a meal and not a day. I will work out pretty hard that day and try to eat pretty good the rest of the day. So I try not to go over, but If I do I go over about 300-400 calories for the day.

My cat loves Vicks vapor rub. If I ever have some on me he is always trying to lick it off and once I put the jar down without the lid on and he was in there trying to lick it. food wise: White Castle french fries. No other french fries, just WC's.
