Just go. On days I don't feel like going to the health club, I usually end up having some of my best workouts.

I do it all the time for motivational reasons, especially when someone half my age is going all out on cardio, I will make sure I go just as all out and for longer. I almost always succeed. Yesterday, I ended up doing 105 minutes on the stairmaster at a good level because of the cute 20 something girl next to me. :)

Flirting online is way different then in person. People are way more brave behind a keyboard and flirting can quickly get more intense. :)

Very good point with calorie burn being affected by holding on. In most cases I don't hold on, but some machines I just don't have the balance I like to not hold on. Like the stairmaster, do people walk up stairs hunched over leaning up against the railing? :)

Yeah, that was pretty bad for Cena with the crowd knowing about Lesnar. I really miss the pre-internet days when wrestling promotions could actually keep stuff like this quiet and under wraps. I also knew before hand that Lesnar was going to appear, I can't imagine how I would have reacted if I had no idea. :)

Besides the obvious problem of lying. Since they are staying home, that person seems like they have a lack of ambition, no energy and maybe even depression.

Yeah see, I had a sportline HRM in which you did not have to use the chest strap. When I used it without the chest strap, every time my arms/wrists would got sweaty the HRM would quite often lose the heart rate and spend minutes trying to find it again, all of this happening while I'm still working away.

Yep, make sure you have HRM with a chest strap and I will be another who will vouch for Polar. I have the FT40. Sounds like your HRM may be spending part of the time searching for heart rate, one problem with a HRM that does not use a chest strap.

I know most people want UT to retire with the WM streak in tact. I personally would like to see it end with him retiring after that match. For storyline purposes, he's dead. We always hear wrestlers like HHH and Michaels tell you what has to be done to end the streak, so play it out that way. IMO I know with the PG era…

Too many slow paced matches. IMO I liked the UT/HHH match. The only thing wrong is with WWE being PG now, it's a little bit of a letdown in a match like hell in the cell when you know there should have been tons of blood, but barely anything because of being PG. Also, there appears to be at least one real bad snack in there everyday. Cheetos, Sour patch etc...... Try to find better and healthier alternatives to those or if you need those, maybe once a week. This one thing is huge. You seem to be working out enough.

I actually lose more weight when I burn back most (but not all) of those calories burned.
