I like the idea of a list, but what if there was the option to exercise independently for x days a week, then choose one from the list for a bonus or something?

I like getting points. It makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something and it motivates me to do stuff. I also like being able to choose what I do for exercise and have it "count" whether it be walking or tae bo or yoga.

Last week of the challenge- boo hoo. This has been a tremendous help for me. I did manage to lose 10% of my body weight, thanks to all of your support and am looking forward to getting off another 10% by labor day. At least that's my goal. We'll see where it goes. Wednesday Under calories- yes Exercises- yes Water- 13 cups Evening walk- 6 miles. One of my feet is still a mess. It's healing though so I'm stuck with bike riding instead of walking for the next few days, until the skin heals on my left big toe enough to tolerate long distance walking again.

Fear of being unable to see the bottom when I'm in deep water. I'm ok on a boat, but I can't go swimming where I can't see a bottom unless I have a noodle or life vest.
