What's important is that your ARE BACK.

I just had my panni after my weightloss and it was covered by my insurance because I was getting rashes and fungus in my belly button. Yuck! I still have the loose skin on my legs and arms, though I lift weights at that helps and my breasts as well. My doctor has said she'd do a breast lift for me on a payment plan, and I…

I feel your pain, girlfriend. I too have enough loose skin to make a balloon, but I am concentrating on the fact that I am much healthier and living in Vermont, I would only wear a bikini for a few weeks out of the year. Personally, I'm going to wear one no matter what I look like next year. It might be just in my back…

Hi, I'm Kata and I recently started hooping. I work in a library and do 15 minute hoop breaks when it's not busy on days when I can't get to the gym. I'm interested in learning more and doing challenges.

I get this too. It could be that they don't see you naked so they don't see the work you still feel you have to do. It could also be that the change is very disconcerting for them if they haven't seen you in a while. It could also be that they really think you look great which is a compliment, or sadly they could be…

I'm a teacher in a small school in Vermont. I've been on MFP for a year now and I think it's a great tool.

As someone who grew up fat, there's plenty of shame out there already. I remember walking down the street during college and a car ful of young men pulled up to me to tell me I was fat. That was shaming and embarrassing and had absolutely no effect on me other than to make me want to eat. I think it makes more sense to…

I just drank glass 14! I'm floating away.

Sorry, I forgot to do this. I'm going to put today's weight down for tomorrow's check in and get back on track next week! 1/2 - 166.5 1/9 - 163 1/16 - 161.2 1/23 - 1/30 - 2/6 - 2/13 - 2/20 -

I tend to plan out my meals pretty well for the work week. Since I work out pretty much every evening, I did all of my cooking this weekend and threw it all in the freezer. I have to be more careful on the weekend though and I ended up doing a bit more sampling of my cooking than was stricktly necessary. Oh well.

I have a fitbit which I like, but it has it's limitations. If you are going to do something that is not walking/running/cycling based it doesn't pick up the calories you burn and you have to input that stuff on the fitbit app.

I have to say that challenges work for me. They hold me accountable. Also, having chocolate every day is very important to me. I feel very deprived if someone tells me I can't eat something. I'd rather skip pasta and bread and potatoes than go without my chocolate!

Ok. Some things I like about me: 1) I'm smart and dedicated. 2) I'm a good wife and mother. 3) I am worth taking care of myself. 4) I'm proud that I've done as well at losing weight as I have. 5) I really like that I wear a size 12.
-
No problem with that.

I'm heading to the gym and doing my usual workout. I'm going to add a 15 minute interval workout today. That's my challenge!
-
Actually, you and I are also kind of twinny I'm 43, female 5'4". CW 166, GW 150. I try to exercise every day with the knowledge that there's always one day a week I can't do it for some reason. I do cardio and weight lifting at the gym and have added interval training. I hit a plateau last month and really need to kick it…

I want to get out of the rut I've been in lately and drop 15 pounds.
-
Please count me in. I've been stuck in a plateau this month and need to shake off some pounds!
-
Check to make sure that you put in the correct age and weight when you set up your fitbit and remember that the numbers for your fitbit will be a little higher than MFP because MFP assumes that you are walking on flat ground, but 630 does seem kind of high.

10/13 Still plugging along at 178.2
-
I'm running a little late, but I'm down to 178.8. Yay!
-
Week 4 weigh in 181-yay! Finally off that darn plateau
-
I'm about 5 4 and have never been under 160 in my adult life. I'm currently at about 183. I'm aiming for 135 and really want to wear a size 8.
-
184.4 That's down 1.6 pounds and I'm finally off my mid month plateau!
-
9/8 weigh in- 186.2
-
I'll get the $5 in sometime this week. I've got to set up an account.
-
Ok. My current weight is 188. I'm going to put my goal weight as 173. If I can do 15 pounds by Halloween I'll be a happy camper. I don't really have a costume or a party to go to. It's a school night and well, I'm a teacher. I would like to squeeze into a sexy red dress that I have and surprize my hubby and that's a size…

Works for me! I have a dress I want to be able to fit into for Christmas!
