Sorry herb but you have opened a huge can of worms here. This is a terrific challenge but you are certain to get more then 10 people. Can we just post our daily mileage right to this log so that we can all motivate each other on a daily basis? When the log gets full it will just roll over at the end :bigsmile:

OMG 100 miles! That is approximately 3.3 miles per day. haha Actually when i put it that way it doesn't sound so scary. Yep count me in. I will be on vacation soon and I plan on doing extensive hiking and walking :)

You really should think about alternative ways to cooking so it fits your schedule. Stop eating out for a few months. This will be the hardest obstacle for you because it's so convenient but that seems to be your biggest downfall. Also, may I suggest changing your settings and track sugar and sodium as well. I bought a food scale from target and some "snack"size" ziploc bags. On the weekend I take a few minutes to prep the veggies and bag them. I just learned that if you slice a zucchini long wise you can grill them really nice and use a misto to put olive oil on them when you take them off the grill. They are super yummy, have done this with squash to.
