this has been my goal for a long time but i'm really struggling so far i've only managed to lose 7 lbs :(

Walking can help you lose some but definitely running helps you burn a lot more. I recently read from women's health that 30 minutes of running has the same effect as about 3 hours of walking. So for someone who is busy with work running would be your best bet :)

Get an ipad! I'm in college and this became the ultimate saviour my laptop got screwed and i did all my papers and my major thesis here, i downloaded a lot of ebooks just for leisure , watcha youtube videos and play some awesome games on the side, and if you ever need to write , you an use the ipad too or if you cant keep…

I still eat the food -mostly junk i want while i try to lose weight i just eat with moderation and if i feel that it is too much, i make sure that i burn some from exercise and veggies :)

A lot of people swore that i'd achieve the results i want in this workout but i'm still scared. Haha so right now i'm doing the 360 circuit training :)

Wear all my old clothes loose, dance around and then i'll go shopping for new ones.. Oh and i'm gonna step on a weighing scale and take a picture of it cause that is epic just to see nice numbers on there :))

The scale is a liar. Hahaha i felt like i've lost some pounds and people notice it too but the weighing scale just didn't show me that difference. Hahaha so what i do is i have this "trial wardrobe" i try it on and see if its tight or loose when i wear it :D

This might sound weird but i just jiggle till i feel like i can get up from my bed cause to me when i jiggle while in bed , i feel like i'm doing some weird workout. Works for me though :))
