Everything I have seen recommends like 1g protein/lb for body builders. I am not a body builder, I may never be. I do cheat days, "liberally." But when I cheat it is usually a small thing here/there. I have NEVER believed in a super strict diet, I feel too restricted. Opened the front pictures in two tabs and went back/forth. Yes, pretty heavily noticeable difference, awesome job! For viewing photos, any who has Chrome I know you can just highlight the link and right click to open menu, then just hit Go To and it pops it open real easily.

I am going to hold on store until the pants become just unreasonable with the belt. I intend to be investing in a whole new wardrobe once I reach a fit healthy goal and enter more into the maintain stage. :D I suspect I will have to invest in some cheapies for work before then though! :DDD TY for all the support!

My belt is now in overtime! Pants had some slack when bought, mainly because next size down was too tight. But now if I don't wear my belt, I can slide them off without undoing anything. So awesome to need a belt. Awesome job!
