I drink Soy Protein Shakes w/Lactaid Fat Free Milk and enjoy it. I don't use it as a meal replacement just as a snack after my workout. It keeps me full as I'm whining down from my day and workout, till I'm able to prepare my dinner. I continue to lose weight and it has not had a negative effect against my goal.:smile:
