Still hating the scales but today's bench/ OHP session was fab. Almost easy which is weird! Got all my DLs yesterday too - 5 x 8 @187lbs. Plus Romanians, face pulls and walking lunges. Work tomorrow so first rest day this week. Well deserved I reckon!

^^ Sounds like it could have been a low BP - often due to dehydration. Probably depends what your normal BP is though anyway. Though honestly, could have been any number of things. Maybe you were sick? Probably not related to lifting IMO

Squats yesterday - pretty pleased as got 5 sets of 10 at 110lbs (50kg). Previously this was my max when squatting truly to depth (hips lower than knees). Then front squats, 4 sets of 10 at 90lbs. I ran yesterday too Aigre. 7.5kms (4.6 miles). Swapped the run in for combat as need to bench today and can never do that well after combat. Will see if it makes any difference!
