I didn't intend to be insulting at all. I'm just feeling a bit...insecure...with myself. I dont think my husband would actually leave me or anything, i was just wondering if men actually thought that would be a reason for leaving.

I know exactly where you are coming from! I have quite a bit more weight to lose than you do...but i also struggle with depression and severe anxiety, which i am on medication for...along with birth control also. Fruit Smoothie 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice. 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt 1 cup apple juice (could use water too to cut calories or half and half)

Omg i LOVE grapefruit. But i don't eat mine like an orange. I cut mine in half (opposite the ends) and sprinkle some sugar on them. I use less than a tsp of sugar. And when you cut it like that it makes cute little sections to eat with a spoon. Although its kinda a pain in the butt to get it out. Hope it works for ya! Good…

I have 88 pounds to lose. MFP gave me a calorie goal of 1360 a day (net) and thats set up to lose 2 pounds a week. I for the most part eat around 1200 and i find that i feel satisfied throughout the day. And most of the time i do not eat my exercise calories back becuz i don't know how accurate MFP is at tellin me how many…
