I just started morning excercises and I love them so far. I get up at 4:30 and go ahead and get it in! My evenings feel so much more longer :-) I definitely feel like i have more time. And you are right, I dont have an excuse that early, my brain is barely functioning :laugh:

I am not doing insanity at the time; however, I sweat ALOT in my HIIT class. I recently bought curlformers and they have been working pretty good on my hair. It is fine, 4a, and right above my shoulder. I just wear a head band around the front while working out and will pin to the side or something when finished. I still…

I am on day 3 level 1 and loving it! i do have some soreness in my arms, mainly from the side lunges and vertical raises. I am very excited to see everyone's results :smile:
