I've tried everything suggested, multiple times. I don't know what else to do. How do I contact MFP support to get some help with this?
-
Mine has also stopped for the last two days and it's the same as previously noted -- Fitbit side working fine; MFP not working at all. Is it worth doing all the disconnect/reconnect stuff or not? Is anyone from MFP out there working on this issue?
-
This doesn't sound good. Although I have a Fitbit, I'm going to stick around here for as long as I can because I like it better. I guess it was too good to last forever, especially after it was sold.

Wanda, Hubby bought mine at Target and I bought his through the Fitbit website. In either case, the price is standard regardless of where you buy. And, FYI, the website doesn't charge shipping. I've also seen them at other retailers like Best Buy and Wal-Mart. You are right about it being a motivator, at least for hubby…

Good Morning! This is a long "chat" and I can see that I have a lot of catching up to do. ;) For the past several weeks, I've only been able to do MFP on my phone. We were having software training at work and it's been very time consuming. Instead of doing the training all at once, they scheduled it for part of each day.…

WooHoo, Marilyn. That's so cool that you fit in your wedding dress. Now, I hope, you're going to go get a dress for that wedding that shows off your weight-loss accomplishment. You deserve it. <3 <3 Happy Valentine's Day Everyone <3 <3

Congrats, to all the winning losers! And to everyone, stick with it because it does take time. I'm holding steady this week, which is fine with me as I'm at goal now. Although it might be nice to have a little cushion and be a bit under, I'm not actively working at that. It took so long to get to goal (three years), I'm…

What an interesting article. I've printed it to show Tom. Thanks, Joan!

Joan, Thanks for sharing the story about your experience with your husband's doctors. It sure helps me to hear about how seeing another doctor can be a more positive experience.
-
Thanks everyone for the thoughts and information. My husband was initially discouraged and frustrated after seeing the doctor. You know the feeling, he was saying why am I trying. But, I'm pleased that he's turned back to more rational thoughts. Just last night he said, I'm going to keep working at this because I think the…

Bvifun, It's great that you're going to give it a try. It's too bad that some of the Fitbits continue to be on back order; I think that discourages some people who want to give it a try. But, I do think you'll be happy once you get started.

Hi Mangotango, welcome! This group is always on my gratitude list. It's a blessing to visit here every single day.
-
Hi Bennie! Although I'm a little late, I just wanted to welcome you and tell you that this is a great group. You're gonna like it here. Rose

Everyone here has a great attitude. Lose or gain, it's always great to read the positive steps everyone is taking. Good job to all! B) As for me, I'm pleased to report that I'm holding steady at goal.

Like you, DreamOn145, I got my husband a Fitbit. I only got the Zip because I too thought he'd lose interest in a short time. But I'm amazed at how much he likes it and he's been using it more than I ever expected. He drives a bus so he rarely got any exercise before, now he works to get his steps in every day. I am one…

Thank you from me too. :) Without this group, I don't think I'd ever have made it. When I joined here, I was stuck for so long that I was about ready to give up. Your support and inspiration made the difference for me. Rose

Marilyn (ker95...), I'm with you. I also love my Fitbit! And, I credit it with helping me reach my goal. Also, like you, I don't do any groups or challenges; I use it to challenge myself to do more and keep better track of activity and eating. Charlie, I did finally connect my Fitbit with MFP. And now, I don't know why I…

It looks like 2 is the magic number so far this week. I also lost 2 pounds, which puts me at my goal :D Yeah!!! Now comes the difficult task of maintaining. But, since it's been an almost three year journey for me -- I joined MFP in February 2012 -- I don't see myself stopping at this point. I'll just need to learn a new…

Charlie, I've known for a long time that you're amazing and a great inspiration to us all. But seeing your photos, showing the actual transformation you've made, made me realize how very hard you've worked. Congratulations to you and continued success in the journey. Rose

Hi Lois and Welcome! You'll find this group to be supportive and a great inspiration when you're in need. Although I don't post much, I'm usually around reading and seeing what everyone is doing. If I can help anytime, feel free to Friend me and/or send me a Message. We're all in this together and can definitely help each…

Good Morning! That's a beautiful graphic, Wanda, thanks. I'm holding steady too. :| Still only 2-lbs from my goal and can't seem to get there. But at least I'm not gaining. :) Rose

Kathy, It sounds like you've got a good plan and a great attitude. You're off to a good start in 2015! Janet, Congratulations on bringing your numbers down! Keep up the good work. Rose

Charlie & Yvonne, Thanks for sharing your experience. Your info is making me think I might give linking a try and see how it works for me too. Cris... I don't feel like the Fitbit nags really. For me, it's more of an incentive to get more activity in my day, and I really like the sleep tracking feature. I'm finding that…

Happy New Year Everyone!!!! Thanks for an awesome start to 2015, Wooken. I'll be smiling all day now. Rose :)

Hey Lyndal, Welcome Back!!!! :D

Making resolutions is a good way to start the New Year but, obviously, keeping them is the hard part. For me, motivation is the key. What will motivate me, as the days, weeks & months pass, to keep up my journey? I find it may change often, but when I lock into it, I find it's easier to stick with the journey. On Charlie's…

For the last check in for 2014, I'm sad to report that I didn't reach my goal is 2014. But, I'm happy to report that I've maintained during the holidays. It's been a good year, especially since I found this group. Thanks to all for the inspiration, support and encouragement. Let's move onto 2015! :D Hope everyone has a…

Sorry to hear about your family's difficulties, Joyce. You've got a great attitude and you'll do just fine. My motto is "Keep moving forward" so take each day as it comes because some will be easier than others. But we CAN do this together. Rose ;)
