  • Oh and one more thing.....you may already know but....I use an exercise ball as my permanent chair at my desk.....and hand weights always chillin...that way I do some shizzle here and there and of course just sitting on it, bouncing, rotating your butt whatever...works the core.....Loves it! :tongue:

  • :flowerforyou: So the weather sucks and being scared to get caught in the rain, the lake was out....So, I rented a movie on itunes and watched it on my Iphone walking around my house till I felt sprinkles, then finished it going round my house and up and down a step or steps! Never have to pause the movie to pee…

  • seriously I think we are alike that's why I do it once a week so its always ready... I never thought I would like veggies but I crave this. Its so good I hope you try it, it makes me feel so good about myself its like too tasty!!

  • Walking around a lake is the best, once you start you are going for 3 miles or whatever......then you count laps, not miles and before you know it you have gone 12 miles :) Thanks for the push, I am tired but putting my shoes on and going out for a walk now!! I love this website!
  • I cut up these veggies and have a huge tupperware container ready to go always for the best pita bread veggie sandwiches! I love them so much and its easy to take out too, SO HEALTHY AND DELISH!! I just cut up a bunch of broccoli cauliflower green onion celery carrot then when ready I mix in T Marzetti's light veggie dill…
