What do I do for a living...Unofficially, I'm awesome. All day, every day. Officially, I'm a security officer and sit at a desk for 12 hour shifts. I plan out my meals though and make sure to pack enough food and healthy snacks for the duration of the day to keep me away from the snack machines.

I have loved this thread...How I do love "poking the bear" and antagonizing the trolls. It is man and woman's natural instincts to notice one another. Some people just take things too seriously and honestly, life would be kind of boring without them to keep me entertained.

I typically work out in a fasted state. I'll make a BCAA drink but that's it. I find my workouts are more effective when done in a fasted state.
