I heard/read that it doesn't matter as long as you weigh yourself at the same time (or approximately) everytime. So if you weigh yourself after you've eaten breakfast do at that time, everytime. I weigh right when I get up in the morning.

Yes, Today I ate the best doughnut in the world. I don't binge anymore, that's under control. When I was restricting I would binge, then get depressed, then binge, nasty little cycle. Everything in moderation is working for me.

I workout before breakfast, so that I can workout. It's the only time I am able to workout with the schedule I've been blessed with. Do what feels right for to your body. Okay I love this because this is how my daughter says this word. makes me smile :happy: I stick with PBJ (or sub out the J for H or AB) I've been suffering from migraines so I've been avoiding deli meat. :sad:

I think it's the same thing as people who give you dirty looks or make nasty comments because your losing weight and eating better. They don't want to do it and they don't want to admit what your doing is better and healthier. Good luck with your journey! You're on the right path.

I used to take my Cocker/Cairn mix on 3 mile walks a night, but it's been so hot and humid, I had to reduce and now she's been sick and we've stoped the walks all together.
