I would like to say I am motivated because of a weight loss goal, and that is part of it. But really my cat hears my alarm and won't leave me alone until I feed him. I get up to feed him and then, well I'm up.

It's under cleaning and you can pick vigorous or light. There are days where cleaning my house kicks my butt harder then my workout. I tend to only count it if I am doing an all day clean, (about once a week).

I had started a couple of weeks ago and fell off the wagon. Back on! The worst was the first week. I found that taking a day off the program and doing some walking reall stretched it all out.

It depends for some moves I use 2lb and for others I use 5lb.

Always my husband. Every time I lose a pound or 2 he goes out and buys some kind of candy, chips, etc... So I put a new rule in the house, he can bring it in, but he has to hide it (I will eat it if I know it's there). If I find it, I get to throw it away.

I use the Vanilla and I put it in my coffee instead of Milk and creamer. Warning though! Don't let it sit for too long,it clumps.

Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious Nourishing Masque - I love this stuff. I use it once a week, but you can use as often as you like. My curls look amazing aftr I use it. Moroccan Oil (the cream) - I use this everyday. Gives me enough weight to get rid of fly aways, but it keeps all the curls really soft.

I agree - all in moderation. I love my morining coffee and right now am not going to give it up, but if I drink coffee in the afternoon, it's decaf. I've switch over my afternoon coffee to hot green tea (no sugar and decaf).
