Changed my weighing machine today...showed me a bump of around 10 lbs...I cant say thats wrong because last one month has been crazy with work and travel and wrong eating and back injury...time to get back on the tracks and correct eating

Add me to the list of back injury...slipped on treadmill ended with a disc slip....no running for next 2 weeks only light walks allowed...feeling real bad...

4 days of correct eating and good workouts - am down 5 lbs....yay

I find sometimes taking a break from routine workouts help body heal and that uses a lot of calories....cheers for weight loss

2 weeks of no exercise....bad food and I have increased myself by 10 lbs.....now I can remember every cake...pie and drink I hv had with family..time to get bk on track...

At home with my grand parents, my parents and kids....generations together result in lot of cookies, milk, cake and some good dishes by my wifey and mom...next 2 weeks are already full of guilt but no worries..its all in family now..and on tracks after

I completed my 4 day juice fast yesterday...though I lost weight but hv been missing the push that workouts were giving...getting bk on tracks tomorrow...hoping mornings are not cold despite halloween coming...

I am here...and yes it seems the herd is surely getting thinner in count...rather than lbs.....even I hv bad days..like last 8 days with no workouts but watchful diet....planning to get bk to run from weekend.....come on everyone get bk here...
