  • I've seen static-x 4 times! I'm a huge fan, especially of the older stuff. :)
  • My boobs have gone from DD-D when i lost a substantial amount of weight in the past (50+). They are back at DD now, so they (mine at least) really don't change much.
  • I wish I could... but I really like beer! I couldn't be trusted around it.
  • I love running to Five Finger Death Punch. Funny thing, I don't usually listen to them outside of running. They just match my tempo and keeps me going.
  • I am! Going to see Megadeth this weekend and i'm so excited! Feel free to add me. :)
  • I had this happen to- I was working my *kitten* off for a month and would gain and regain the same 2 pounds. Now suddenly, i've lost 6 pounds, and it's staying lost! Make sure you are accurately tracking your calories, and relax, keep going and believe in science!
  • I have a 6 year old, and we are always exercising together, he just doesn't know it. He rides his bike or scooter while I jog, and we go on a lot of hikes now that the weather is nice.
  • I've done this at least 3 times, and everytime was more than 20 pounds. How do we stop this from happening again? It's disheartening, knowing I put in all this hard work just to let it all go. And my mentality is exactly the same when I do let myself go, it's like, oh well who cares. I really don't care at the time, then…
  • At least it was just 3 days and not 3 weeks. :)
  • I've been on Wellbutrin for over a year. It's made a big difference in my depression/craziness, but has done nothing for weight loss.
  • jeez! Is that how much 1 pound of fat really looks like?? Seems like so much.
  • One day at a time is a good idea, and I like the trade off idea... I guess I have to stop pouting like a baby and thinking it's not fair. It is what it is. I have all of my limbs, I don't have cancer, now that's not fair. It's something I really can control. Haha I feel like such a whiner that i even posted this.
  • I am seeing a therapist- I know for sure I have some emotional issues. My youngest brother passed away earlier this year and it's been really hard for me. I think i gained 10 pounds within a few months. Prior to that I had issues too, they just weren't as easy to pinpoint.
  • I should try the little snacks thing, I did that in the past and it worked pretty well actually.
  • I wish that was it. I'm really active, i walk with my son to school/work, we camp, hike, walk every night. My body doesn't match who I think i am. I even quit drinking completely this year thinking that would help and that hasn't made a difference either. It really comes down to food. I think I'm a healthy eater so i…
  • I can't even bring food to work with me, I end up eating it before lunch. Every day I walk over the grocery store to buy my lunch, I always make sure it's healthy. It's the only thing that works. I'm just so annoyed this is the way my head works. I'm so sick of thinking all the time. I live with 3 guys, and it never…
  • Thanks- the part that depresses me is these new habits seem so good when I'm motivated, it seems impossible to go back to my old self. But somehow, it just happens. :/ I've stuck with this for almost a year, twice, and that still wasn't enough to entrench it into myself. When I'm doing it, I can't imagine going back to…
  • I bought a $100 pair when i got down to my goal weight a couple of years ago. They fit me for a month. :( They are my motivation right now, I loved those jeans so much!
  • Hey there! 36 years old I'm 5'9" CW 180 GW 160 first (been there and was happy) then if I'm still on a roll, 145
  • How about a no weighing challenge? I've gone from every day to every second day, but even that makes me crazy.
  • I could never do no coffee either. It bothers me I'm addicted, but I love it way too much to care enough to quit.
  • Howdy! I've been using MFP for awhile now, I love it. Haven't lost a pound though, I'm working out like a beast but eating like one too! I'm 35, 5'8", 165 pounds. I have the number 148 in my head, it's the lowest I can ever remember being. I've gained and lost 50 pounds twice in my life, so I know what to do. I really like…
