I am 52 & started MFP in Feb after my daughter told me about it. I have lost 25 lb as of Saturday and looking to lose about 5 more lbs. I can't do apps or anything on my phone:( It seems like it'd be a lot easier to keep track if I could! lol I have been doing MFP since February & have lost weight. i have been eating the nutrisystem foods since january which i purchased from big lot. so far the ones i have purchased i have pretty much liked them. i only had plan to eat these to get the weight lost started & then just eat regular food but continue to stay with my calorie range.
