Feel free to friend me. I live in Miss Gulf Coast and I'm 27 lb down with about 120 left to go. My faves happen to be sweet tea, jambalaya with andouille, biscuits and gravy, fried chicken, and shrimp poboys. Blah you just can't make those healthy. :sad:

I work 12 hr shifts. I usually try to get in a 15 or 20 minute workout in the morning before I go to work because I know I probably won't if I wait until I get off work.

When I first started a month ago, mine was 85-95 and I just checked it today and it was 65 and I was surprised. I haven't lost much weight but I guess the working out has been good to me.

I'm in. I've got about 145 lbs to lose. I've already lost 15 lbs so far but still got a long way to go.

I've tried to buy less ready to eat food so I can't just grab and scarf. I've been trying to eat breakfast and drink more water. Also, to try to keep myself from eating too quickly I try to count how many times I chew my food. It helps me slow down alot because before I would eat my food really fast. I don't know why. Not…

I think one of my friends is kinda crazy. First of all I'm about 5'4" and 250+lbs. She told me I don't need to lose weight and I'm just big boned.......... First thing I said was "you need glasses". The girl is half my size and thinks she needs to lose weight but not me????? I mean I don't really need people up in my face…

I always do about 15-30 mins in the morning on the days I work since I work 12hr shifts and I never feel like doing anything when I get home. But on my days off I try to do about an hour.
