I just completed Week 3 Day 1 today. I was scared and that last 3 minute run was tough but I made it!

I've been giving most of my old clothes away to whomever wants them or to Goodwill and getting what I can for cheap at the thrift store. I'll go for real clothes shopping once I get to my goal weight.

I'll have to look around and see if I can find some different shoe stores in my area. The place I usually buy shoes from just doesn't carry running shoes. They just carry casual shoes. I quit over 6 months ago. I used the nicotine gum for the first month. It was tough but after smoking 11 years it was way past time to quit. The cravings still come from time to time but more of a passing thought than anything else. Good luck.
