Glad ypu are still with us! I had a heart attack in 08 and kept working, didn't go to the doctor for two days. No history in family and no warnings. We all heed to heed the signs we get and follow up with the doctor. Any shortness of breath or pains should be checked out.

Great news on the loss! I do not like to excercise but have been told once you get into a routine it is easier to continue. I have not made that commitment yet, tired after work and do not want to exercise. I feel now that I have lost a few pound I may be able to get going, my knees almost feel up to the challenge. Stick…

If stopping snacking is a problem, change to healthier snacks that won't bust the progress as bad. I know it is hard, but as much as I hate excercise I would rather make that sacrifice than excercise the bad snacks off.

I used to go to Chipolte, until I looked up my "normal" burrito.. YIKES! I haven't been back since, almost 6 years now. I am glad you found some good choices, I didn't think there was any to be found. I avoid almost all fast food due to fat and salt content, and my health concerns. I do miss Chipolte...

I dusted off the bike last week after 35 years, I remember the seat being more comfortable and a lot easier to use, lol I rode for 50 min at about 13mph, haven't got back on it....

I would much rather not put the 87 calories in my mouth than trying to work it off. I have an active job and the last thing I want to do is excercise when I get home.

Avoid boxed and packaged foods, all loaded with salt and calories. Fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats in reasonable amounts.
