Moderation is the word, alcohol or food can make you dance with the devil. For the calories booze is not a good choice. I still like an occasional drink but plan for the calories.

I log it, I have switched away from higher calorie drinks after seeing the calories :noway:

Always, calories, sodium, sugar, cholesterol. I avoid anything with high fructose corn syrup and overprocessed junk
