  • i think they are called rock n roll squats or something like that. she does them in shred it with weights but you're holding a kettlebell at chest level. i have trouble with those too but i make a point to push through my legs. it takes me a while to get up too, lol.
  • its only 2 tbsp of oil so i think i added 2 tbsp applesauce to whatever is already called for... they definitely aren't gooey fudgy ghirardelli brownies (my fav - the best!!!!!) but they definitely cut a craving for a small caloric price!

  • i love the MYM brownies. i even cut out the 2 tbsp of veg oil she calls for. top them with greek yogurt, hersheys lite syrup and fresh fruit - delish!

  • Awww, don't be discouraged. You have to be getting stronger throughout the program even if you aren't seeing changes in the scale or measuring tape.   • I'm going to do New Rules of Lifting for Women. I am getting a little discouraged because I still have this layer of flab on my abs. It has decreased by at least 50-75% during BR, but I want it gone! I want abs! I've been reading a lot about strength training to get your body fat lower and build muscle, so I'm gonna try it.

  • When I injured my ankle, I did 6 Week 6 Pack. it's difficult and 30 minutes. I don't remember the specific exercises, but I know I just substituted when they bothered my ankle. You could try that program....

  • I had no knee problems before 30DS and I realized that the side lunges were hurting me knees because I wasn't sticking my butt out enough. I iced them and compressed them after my workout for a week or so, then I improved my form and I have had no problems since.
