  • i am addicted to weighing myself, but i only log it on mondays. i measure every two weeks on thursdays and update. it's a really bad habit because i weigh myself at all different times and i fluctuate by at least 3 lbs between morning and night. grrrr.

  • Oh my goodness - how are you using 12s?! I have always used 5lbs in JM dvds but went to 8lbs for this and now I'm up to 10lbs for things like surrenders and terry pulls. Do you use 12 lbs for the majority of the moves? Insane!!!
  • I get so mad because my first time doing Workout 3, I burned like 278 and I did it for the last time yesterday and only burnt around 200. I'm working hard too and I sweat like crazy. I think we're just getting stronger and it's easier for our bodies now ;) Good job!
  • i did two workouts during the kickstart and now, i just finished week 4 and i do an extra workout when i ate poorly during the day or when i feel like my next day is gonna be a junky eating day... so basically i do an extra workout to keep my net cals around 1000.

  • I think she wimps out on the abs a lot in 30DS and RI30, but I'm in week 4 and I think Workout 3 especially has a lot of good ab work. Workout 1 and 2 weren't very ab-focused, but try to do the inchworms in Workout 3 and you'll feel it the next day.

  • i haven't been using the meal plan, but i can imagine how much that sucks. i would just start making your own "Recipe" on here for each of her recipes and modify using your own ingredients so something like this doesn't happen again. :(

  • Don't you get annoyed then feel proud that you did it all by yourself when someone else was sitting there NOT working out? i HATE when my husband is sitting on the couch watching tv while I'm working out because IT'S HARD and he's just sitting there watching me.
