You look amazing. Also, I would have guessed mid-twenties based on those pics! Wow! It definitely takes time to adjust to having lost a significant amount of weight. When I first got down to my low weight, it took me a very long time to stop seeing fat that wasn't there - like a couple of years, easy. Just shoot for…

Track your period (I use the ptracker app) so that you know when to expect it, and start taking your painkillers one or two days before it starts. Heading off the pain before it gets there somehow helps. I have terrible cramps and if I forget to start taking meds at leasdt 24 hours in advance, it takes much, much longer…

This is a wonderful post -another former (hopefully) binge eater

You're not fat. You might want to work on gaining some muscle to get more of a fit look, if that's what you're after.

Beef jerky with cheese (they have those little packs of beef and cheddar for like a dollar at CVS, or you could make your own jerky if you have a dehydrator and just go with string cheese or 1 oz of cheddar or something), almonds (I like the Blue Diamond wasabi soy flavor best - sometimes I'll mix an oz of those with an oz…

Okay, so my highest weight was 240 and I'm about 160 right now. I've kept the majority of that weight off for almost four years. When I first hit my goal in 2011, there was definitely some loose skin/sagging, and I felt really bad about it. But I kept lifting heavy and maintained my weight, and after about two years,…

I absolutely hate the new entries in the database. It's so much harder now to find the accurate entries which have grams as an option :(
-
I think your main problem is what I've bolded.

Yep. You are most likely eating much more than you realize. Your logging isn't accurate because you aren't weighing what you eat. You're probably eating at maintenance or at a very very small deficit. Get a food scale and weigh everything for a month or so and see what happens.

They're okay. They don't have wifi though.

What is your TDEE?

Are you weighing everything you eat?

Don't replace it! I don't really have a sweet tooth, but when I get a craving for chocolate, I just plan for it and work it into my calories. There's really no substitute imo. I prefer dark chocolate (85% usually) because there's a lot more fat and it's very rich and flavorful so i find it more satisfying than milk…

This question doesn't even make sense. like if i ask you how much do i look like i weigh here without telling you my height, you're probably not going to get anywhere near how much i weigh in this picture edit: i'm almost 170 pounds in this picture

I just don't eat. I drink water or diet soda.

1. What do you eat before running and how long before running do you eat? I never eat anything before I run other than coffee. I get nauseous and gassy if I do. 2. How long after you wake up are you running? Anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours 3. What do you eat after running and how long after running do you eat? Just a…

I also thought I had a large frame because I have linebacker shoulders and wide hips, but according to the wrist measurement, I have a medium frame. Doesn't change the fact that I look best around 150/the higher end of a healthy BMI. It's not just body frame, it's also how much muscle you have and where you tend to carry…

you look fantastic!

Aww thank you! I mean I'm technically still in the "overweight" range here. I feel pretty fit and I'm healthy and I mostly like the way I look, but I definitely have some belly fat that isn't around when I'm at my lower weight. We all carry weight differently . . . it's really weird. I have a friend who is the exact same…
