I experienced the same thing. i am on day 13 (today will be day 3 of level 2) and i took 1 day off last week- but i have already gained 1 pound. Ive stayed well within my calorie limit, not eating ALL of my calories back, maybe some of them... but im never hungry enough to eat more if im supposed to. Im sticking with it…

Hi Jodie! Im new to this too, but as an already avid runner I have to say YOU CAN DO IT! it just takes time and perseverance!! I'm on day 3 of MFP, so i can relate to how you are feeling. Good luck with your weight loss.
