153.7 this week! Was kind of expecting a bigger loss - have done 11 classes at the gym this last week but know my measurements have dropped significantly! My new jeans are now too big!!! Good luck to everyone this week!

Need to decide between returning them or washing and shrinking them!! Yes definitely. It sounds like you're gaining muscle. Take your measurements and keep a track of that as well as weight. You may find that even if the scale isn't reflecting a loss your clothes are fitting better! Don't lose heart.
