  • Delicate I do those Les Mills classes but mainly Body Attack and Body Combat. I absolutely LOVE Body Combat and would recommend it to everyone! I felt like such a plonker doing it the first couple of times but once you pick up the moves it is amazing! Always gives such a high calorie burn as well!
