I too agree with tina219. I also see an hourglass waistline emerging!! Keep up the good work! Also, I am down 11 lbs and don't see much of a difference but I will keep on keepin on. :-)

I agree 100% with wyze. I used to eat those all the time but I too found that I was still hungry. Also, my last couple of doctor appointments showed an elevated blood pressure reading. This worried me. I look forward to going back to the doctor to see if cutting out the frozen meals and cooking my own has made a difference…

Dannon Lite & Fit yogurt, baby carrots, mushrooms, asparagus, red & yellow peppers to make stuffed peppers with bulgur instead of meat, boneless skinless chicken breast, Special K cracker crisps sour cream & onion, fat free mini pretzels, Snack Pak sugar free pudding, KRAVE cereal to snack on. :-)

I am a nighttime snacker and I too have to eat to make up my daily 1200 calorie intake. My favorite snacks are 20 Snyder's Fat Free mini pretzles at 110 calories; or 27 Kellogg's Cracker Crisps - Sour Cream & Onion at 110 calories; or Krave Cereal 1 serving (I think 31 grams) at 120 calories.

I found an Orange Mustard Pork Chop Skillet in a Jenny Craig 30 Meals in 30 Minutes cookbook I purchased a few years ago. Each 4oz chop is 200 calories.
