try breaking it up, cut up bananas, strawberries and blueberries...add 1% milk artificial sweetener if you need too...eat it like cereal. I'm not big on protein bars, but the fruit and milk might help it go down better.

definitely starvation mode...especially since you are working out so much. if you are not giving your body enough nutrients , it will shut down and hold on to any stored fat you may have. you can eat more, if you are worried about gaining, just make good choices...protein is good since you are working out. carbs are…
