I think it would be easier if you wean yourself off. Look for sugar free options. Start there and then go with maybe start with 5 days a week then keep taking a day away and in 5 weeks you might not miss the sweets as much and might of found some sugar free options that work and that you like. NSV Realized that I needed to stop wearing my old clothes especially my pants. Just tried on a pair of pants that is 6-7 sizes smaller then my old pull on pants. I can actually wear pants with zippers and it feels okay.

Matthewsfive Nov Week 1/Saturday PW 190.4 CW 191.4 Not what I was hoping for I really wanted to see the 180's this week. On the positive side my scale did show a increase in Muscle weight and a decrease in body fat so even though the scale went up a pound overall my body responded the correct way, muscle up fat down.
