I am actually doing both, on WW lost according to their scale 16 pounds in 4 weeks, seems like it working but i am cheating and also use MFP to check where my numbers are falling. I also eat during the course of the day, sometimes i miss breakfast. I don't sleep well at night so if i am not working that next morning i find myself sleeping in because i might of only gotten 3 hours of sleep during the night. I pick sleep over food. I try to make up the calories during the day but find myself forcing…

Hope all had a great weekend. I went to the shore for the weekend did really well with track food and eating as healthy as i could. Today i have about 500 calories left to eat but not hungry. Do eat just to make up the calories?

I also had a good weekend. floofkay i'm with CandiMac, my go to is water. Whenever i feel like eating after dinner, i will mix my water with crystal light flavors, it makes me feel i am having something sweet.

Try to eat your three meals, i was the same way. I would go all day without eating and then eat a bag of chips or whatever i found. I found out that my body went into starvation mode. Thanks all, turns out it was a lot slower then i thought to get back into the swing of things. This bug took me back down again i guess its still hanging around. Wish i can feel good again. I am keeping up with the log in and staying under calories but everything else not so much.
