I started losing weight June 2014, i lost a total of 93 pounds, then i hit a wall July of this year and put back on 10. I am still struggling to break through. Today i managed to start the scale moving in the right direction again. Going to keep the focus on reaching my goal.

Today i stepped on the scale. It wasn't pretty. Up almost 10 pounds. Broke down in tear. I couldn't believe that in 2 weeks i back on so many pounds. I am hitting the restart button in my mind and today i have reset. I can do this and i will do this.

Today i need to focus on my steps and drinking more water. Today scale went up .8 pounds hoping it was from a lack of drinking my water yesterday.

It takes a little while for your body to handle the extra water intake. When i get in full swing with drinking at least 64oz it takes me about a week to stop running to the bathroom all day long. Now its about 2 times a day.

Yes, chocolate is my biggest challenge. Last year i avoided the sweet table at parties. It was the only way to keep from eating. I have given myself 1 chocolate treat for every 10 pounds that i lose. It motivates me to lose the weight so i can have my treat.

Today i have a family wedding, hoping to keep food in check.

Today going shopping for shoes for my nephews wedding this weekend. As of today i am Going to save calories so i don't feel bad for eating exta calories at the wedding. Also going to lunch with friends and i will pick out a low calorie low fat entree.
