Just left my workout center and saw a posting that i was in the #1 spot for the biggest loser. Felt good. Goal for this week is too lose 1 lb, drink my water which is something i still struggle with.

Met my calories limits for the week but not seeing any changes on the scale this week. I guess after 125 days i finally hit a plateau. My goal this week is to break through this plateau and lose even if its 1 pound. I should be proud that this is the first plateau in 125 days but it still sucks. Wish me luck. Have a great…

Had 5 pairs of Pants sitting out that i bought last year. (Last year none of them fit) I tired them on today so i could get them hemmed and to my surprise 2 pairs were too big. I went from not being able to button or zipper them to now donated them. What a great feeling. I guess losing 40 inches really makes a difference.…

Having major issues with my knee the last couple of days. A lot of swelling and very painful. I have a visit with the orthopedic on Monday. Please keep fingers crossed that it isn't something major. My weight hasn't changed since the last weigh in but i am proud of my accomplishment. I lost 7 pounds in on week because i was sick. 3 of those pounds came back on last week. So my focus was to make sure i lost those 3 pound and i did. Of course i would of had taken more but at least i am at the same weight from the last…

My goal for October was to hit the 50 pound mark, So happy that i make it and then some. New goal to be at 60 pounds down by the end of November. Goals for today is not to give into candy. I will reach for that protein bar instead. All my kids are grown and out of the house so any left over candy from the Trick or Treaters…

only .6lbs to go to be back at 54 lbs, where i was after getting sick. Hope that i can lose at least 1.5 pounds by monday. Hope to have an easy weekend. Working all weekend should keep me from getting hungry.

Need to refocus, after being sick last week i can't seem to shake off the 2 pounds i put back on, so I am going to make sure that i stay under my goal on calories. Still having a problem with getting all my water in. So going to try really hard to meet that goal. Have a good day all.

Just like it thought, with a big loss last week of almost 7 lbs i put back on 2 lbs. I knew being sick is the main reason i lost so much but it still hurts seeing the numbers go up. First time in 111 days my number went up. I am going to work at losing those 2 plus 2 more for this week.

Not sure whats going on, but haven't been feeling well the last 2 days. Calorie intake has been on the low side. I guess i shouldn't be surprised if some of these 5.5 lbs that i have taken off this week come back. Just remind me if i get upset next week. My goal today Eat by calories Drink plenty of water

So excited i hit the over 50 lb loss mark. Not feeling well today but hoping i can get my calories in and drink my water. Water seems to be the only thing that tastes good. Check you measurements, maybe its coming off in inches instead of pounds. Keep going like everyone said you have lost 5 pounds and not gained 5 lbs. You are heading in the right direction.

Today marks my 100th logging day since i started in June with MFP. I have lost 47.5 lbs and 35.5". I still have a long way to go but really proud of my accomplishment. Thank you getting this group started, i actually look forward too the 10 day weigh ins. Thank you all for helping me keep committed.

Thanks, not easy but logging in everyday really helps me keep honest with my food intake. Keep at it and you will reach your goals.

Thanks, just Tried the Luna Protein Mint Choc Chip, it tastes okay but loaded with Carbs. I am trying to stay at 100 carbs a day and one bar eats up 20 carbs. But i guess its better that eating bread. I will looks at the Atkins next time.
