Boy do I hear that one! I had to start slow.....and when i say slow.....I mean the 6 minute ab workouts! :laugh: Then when I mastered that, I moved up to the 10 minute arms/thighs/abs/butt video. :blushing: Some of u are laughing right now, but I KNOW i can give it 10 minutes....and there are even some days I'll do both…

:glasses: if you go to exercise and type in walking, it gives you options for how fast. From there you can add how many hours u do this....hope it helps

Does anyone know what causes that bloated feeling u get about an hour after eating....I thought it was because of all the cr*p i was eating, but have taken great pains to eat only healthy foods for the past 4-5 days and STILL have that feeling.:sad: Any suggestions for this newbie??
