I felt the same way on day 2 I was ready to quit because I was so hungry. I had to adjust my weekly weight loss goal, that bumped up my calories to a level that is totally doable now. Yes I have been exercising and I take a b complex but not a multi. I think I am going to start taking one and see if that helps.

YES I know I too was eating way more than the calorie goal I have set now! OMG probably double the amount! I wish I would have logged a week of my previous eating habits to see just how much above I was. I guess the reason I want set a goal is because it feels like I am accomplishing something, like checking something of a list, that and I really want to get another tattoo and I want to use that as an incentive. Trying to do low carb but not being too restrictive. I guess I would say I'm just cutting back from what I did before which was very high carb, I live for Italian food. I know I feel a lot better just after 3 days of cutting back.
